Lori Landrio, OD

Lori Landrio, O.D. has nearly three decades’ experience providing advanced eye care in both corporate and private practice. After running her own successful private practice for 19 years, Dr. Landrio is currently delivering comprehensive optometric services at Vision Source Signature Eye Care in Babylon, New York. Dr. Landrio provides a wide range of services including the diagnosis of, and treatment for ocular disease, glaucoma, keratoconus, and dry eye, and routinely manages patients throughout their perioperative journey. She also specializes in fitting specialty contact lenses, including scleral and hybrid specialty lenses, and has patients referred to her frequently by both optometrists and ophthalmologists throughout the region.

As a Certified Light Adjustment Specialist for Light Adjustable Lenses at VisionLOCK, Dr. Landrio brings a depth of experience and an affinity for teamwork to her role. “In my opinion, patient’s expectations can be exceeded through successful collaboration,” she says.

Dr. Landrio earned her Doctor of Optometry at The State University of New York College of Optometry. She is an active member and past President of the Nassau County Optometric Society.
