Tyler Lesko, O.D. is a partner at Ravine Eye Center in Monmouth County, NJ where he practices the full scope of optometry including managing eye conditions such as glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, infections, macular degeneration, and uveitis. Efficient with the use of advanced diagnostic equipment including OCT, HVF, IOLm,
Topographer, and Specular microscopy, Dr. Lesko also holds certifications in mi-sight, BE retained, CKR, Contex OK E, Dreamlens, Emerald.

An experienced surgical co-manager, Dr. Lesko is a contact lens specialist and Certified Adjustment Specialist for Light Adjustable Lenses at VisionLOCK. His approach to surgical collaboration is rooted in patient-centered care, seamless communication, and mutual respect between providers. Leveraging his expertise in pre-operative assessments and post-operative management, he prioritizes educating patients and ensuring their surgical journey is smooth and successful.

Dr. Lesko graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgian Court University with a BS in Biology and Salus University where he earned his Doctor of Optometry. Very involved with community service at Salus, Dr. Lesko provided eye care to underserved citizens in Panama through SVOSH and served on the board for the NJ Student Society of Optometric Physicians and Gold Key Honor Society.
