Lauren Rineer, OD

Lauren Rineer, OD delivers comprehensive optometric services at Optic One Family Eye Care in Cinnaminson, New Jersey where she cares for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. With extensive experience managing a variety of eye conditions – including glaucoma, ocular surface disease, and dry eye – Dr. Rineer specializes in myopia control management with soft multifocal contact lenses and low dose atropine and urgent care exams. She is also a skilled and highly experienced perioperative care provider.

As a Certified Light Adjustment Specialist for Light Adjustable Lenses at VisionLOCK, Dr. Rineer emphasizes clear communication and a patient-centered approach to collaboration with cataract surgeon partners. “I believe in the importance of providing flexible care and treating the patient as a whole, while maintaining the highest standards of quality,” she says.

Seeing excellent results with LALs, Dr. Rineer is enthusiastic about the technology and the patient experience. “Patients are typically very happy after cataract surgery, and Light Adjustable Lenses allow us to make their post-operative results even better,” she shares.

Licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Dr. Rineer is a graduate of Penn State University, where she graduated with a BS in Pre-Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Optometry at The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, where she graduated with honors, was active as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Society and received The Excellence in Vision Therapy Award.

After graduation, Dr. Rineer practiced in New York City for several years, where she strengthened her specialty focus on both pediatric optometry and myopia management.

Dr. Rineer is a former member of VOSH/International, which facilitates vision care for underserved communities around the globe.
